Holenderski MŚP połączone z Europejską Agencją Kosmiczną opracowała technologię monitorowania bezpieczeństwa zdrowia pracowników w odległych obszarach, w niebezpiecznych warunkach np. górnictwie, wojskowości, ekstremalnych warunkach i zastosowaniach kosmicznych. Technologia oferuje integralne rozwiązanie zapewnienia w czasie rzeczywistym lokalizacji, za pomocą tzw. biovest i zaawansowanych technologii komunikacji łączy szerokopasmowych, stanu zdrowia. Firma poszukuje partnerów do umów handlowych z pomocą techniczną.

Description:The monitoring technology consists of a biovest, a telecommunication platform and webbased software to process and present the information. The biovest incorporates different sensors to collect data such as heart rate, body position, temperature, speed, calories of steps per minute. In the biovest a small detachable physiologic unit computer (PUC) is integrated that contains a microprocessor, battery and radio capable of transmitting the physiologic data up to 200 meters. The communication system offers real-time mobile broadband data access via satellite and/or telecommunications network to personnel and their mobile equipment in remote areas. This flexible telecommunications platform utilizes next generation mobile wireless (802.11n) and a variety of satellite communications to provide reliable broadband connectivity anywhere in the world. The webbased software processes the

information from the PUC and presents on laptop/computer/smart phone the physiologic data/vital signs, alarm, GPS location, travel route of personnel. The expertise and know-how of the company comprises: • the technology of the different subsystems: biovest and telecommunication platform and webbased software. • the possibilities of the monitoring technology in different application areas like space, mining industry, military. • the implementation of the monitoring technology in the mining industry. The technology can be utilized in the following areas: • Mining industry (open pit), especially for transportation systems where the system consists of a fatique detection device that gathers information from the trucks and process the algorithms to alert drivers of dangerous fatique levels. This can be combined with the biovest technology. • Surface operations for underground mining, forestry, road-building and agriculture • Security, military: it was designed with extensive input from military training stakeholders and senior military leadership to be used in both training and operational environments. Entities that can achieve immediate benefits from the system include special operation units, training units and relevant government agencies with a security mission (e.g. customs and border protection). • Space: the technology was originally developed to monitor astronauts in the International Space station.

Grecka firma doradcza opracowała innowacyjne oprogramowanie z zakresu usług, zapewniające bezpieczeństwo w branży sektora produkcji żywności, a także zarządzania na wypadek kryzysu na każdym poziomie łańcucha produkcji. Zintegrowany system bezpieczeństwa żywności jest narzędziem, które spełnia wymienione powyżej zadania poprzez włączenie w czasie rzeczywistym danych pochodzących z różnych parametrów. Description:The tool developed by a Greek company covers any level of

the production chain. For the purpose of a short demonstration, the interaction of four sub-systems has been incorporated into the program. The sub-systems are: Standardized Safety Management Systems. Knowledge Management. Continuous Conformance to Legal and other Regulatory

Requirements. Crisis Management.

This does not exclude the inclusion of other sub-systems (according to the needs of the business) into the software, hence ensuring security throughout the production chain of any kind of product. Each of the above-mentioned sub-systems is updated according to new standards, legislation, requirements, etc. There are also control points (for each sub-system) where records, comments and transcriptions can be recorded. The controls are applicable to the production chain, placement, equipment and procedures. Additionally, microbiological and environmental controls can also be included in the system. In this fashion the tool ensures safety at any level of management within the company (e.g. production chain, inventories, technical departments, etc.). It offers distinctive information under real-time conditions at any level of

management, wherever the headquarters are located. Finally, crisis management is made easier through pre-defined prevention actions.

Brytyjska spółka opracowała innowacyjny nadmuchiwany schron powietrzny, który może być wznoszony tylko przez jedną osobę w ciągu dwóch minut. Potrafi wytrzymać ekstremalne warunki atmosferyczne i może być wyposażony w przewody elektryczne, aby umożliwić obsługę oświetlenia, ogrzewania, chłodzenia, itp. W standardowej wersji jest wykonany z przezroczystego dachu, który umożliwia przenikanie światła do 80% wewnątrz. Description:A UK company has developed an innovative inflatable air

shelter which can be erected by just one person within 2 minutes. It is a robust and versatile piece of equipment: manufactured from high quality woven polyester with a

laminate of flexible pvc on each side. The shelter can withstand extremes of weather and provide users with a secure and protected space in which they can be enclosed and shielded from the elements. Weather proof flaps situated at the bottom of the doors ensure that rain remains outside whilst in hot weather it offers air-conditioning. The shelter will also provide satisfactory protection from chemical exposure and complies with BS5867 re. anti-flammability. Each shelter can be manufactured with service ducts to allow lighting, heating, refrigeration, etc. to be added as required; as well as windows, air vents, likability and all round weatherproofing. Unless specified otherwise, the standard version is manufactured with a white translucent roof that allows up to 80% of natural light transmitted into the chamber reducing the need for additional lighting systems. Once inflated, it can withstand a small puncture or tear without detriment to the functioning of the Shelter. The advantages of the air shelter are linked with its different potential sectors of application and uses, for example: Police (incident room, to secure scene of crime, to shelter

officers on surveillance, mobile unit for training and recruitment)

Bariery drogowe ochronne z drewna, stali i polietylenu.Revolutionary road barriers made of wood, steel and polyethylene.(Ref: 11 IT 56Z5 3LCD)

Włoska firma działająca w sektorze drzewnym wymyśliła tzw. innowacyjne bariery drogowe bezpieczeństwa w klasie H2 (krawędzi bocznej i krawędzi mostu), wykonane z drewna, stali i polietylenu. Bariera jest opatentowany we Włoszech, jest przyjazna dla środowiska i zmniejsza koszty utrzymania dróg. Firma poszukuje partnerów przemysłowych pragnących zastosować tę technologię w produkcji . Spółkę interesuje zakup patentów i know-how związanych z innowacyjną technologią działalnością w produkcji barier drogowych. Description:The Italian company that has developed the barrier belongs to an industrial group with a strong experience in the wood sector. In particular, the company operates in wood road barrier design, production and commercialization. The company has developed an innovative wood road barrier in class H2 side edge and bridge edge that represents the first example of wood-steel-polyethylene barrier. More in detail, the barrier’s structure has a longitudinal beam with a “double wave” section, made of “cor-ten” steel, anchored to the ground with vertical piles made of “cor-ten steel” and wood. A wood beam is anchored to the steel beam to assure security protection and a more natural impact in the environment. The wood beam is made with wood trunks, preferably fir-wood from certified forests, that are impregnated to gain a longer resistance and duration in the environment. The most innovative parts of the barrier are the high-density polyethylene spacers between the piles and the steel beam, that increase the barrier’s performance thanks to their deformation capability (elastic and plastic). Particular attention was given to the research and use of the materials for the eco-sustainability of the barrier. For example, “cor-ten” steel does not need zinc coating, that represents the most pollutant part in the workmanship of barriers, and spacers are made of high density polyethylene, which is not toxic, is inert to the chemical environment of roads and is completely recyclable at the end

of its life cycle. Static-dynamic tests were brought out at Polytechnic of Milan and crash tests in the international laboratory of L.I.E.R. (Lione) were also performed. The barrier held against an impact with a 900 kg car 11,3 ton bus, with the respective speeds of 100 and 70 hm/h and at a 20 degree angle impact. The barrier has verified a holding level that is defined as a high level by European Norm, equal to an impact with an energy level of 288 KJ. It can be installed on any type of road or highway. All of the European parameters regarding the severity of impact were respected (ASI 1,1; THIV 29Km/h; PHD 17g), as well as the re-direction angle of the vehicle and the maximum deflection of the system. The company recently obtained certification ISO 9001:2008 and marking CE (89/106/CEE) for all the road barriers. The company is looking for financial partners or buyers to purchase the company including patents owned, trade agreements, brand property rights and developed suppliers and clients base.

Innovations and advantages of the offer Since this is the first example in the world of a barrier in wood-steel-polyethylene, essentially there are two things that make this project innovative: the use of fir-wood for road protection and the polyethylene spacer that absorbs and cushions the impact elastic in case of accidents. The main advantage of the innovation is the use of ecological materials and a significant reduction of the costs of maintenance of the roads.

Zakres badań laboratoryjnych obejmuje również panele przemysłowe tj. obrona, transport, budownictwo, tekstylia zgodnie z oczekiwaniami i specyfikacjami technicznymi, współpracą techniczną, umowami handlowymi z pomocą techniczną, projektami

Description:A French laboratory proposes its expertise on materials

(properties, capabilities, resistance) for the development of innovative intelligent textiles in various domains. They have already over three years of experience of achieved collaboration with the R&D department of a university and some industrial partners as well, in the below mentioned areas (with accompanied characterization and evaluation tests): - Present weaving capability of numerous hybrid products - Further development of various 2D and 3D texture.

The potential applications are numerous: Defense & security: individual protective clothing, pilot aircraft and tanks shields / advanced fuel tanks. Aerospace: stiffening of panels under compressive loads. Sailing: large rigid and wrench-proof unfurlable

sails Civil engineering: anti seismic protection of

buildings, bridges and roads / awnings with acoustic improvement

Textiles: adaptive clothes variable shape and tightening capacities.

The testing’s are performed at various temperature from LN2 cryogenic temperature to 300 °C: - Conventional mechanical tests: tensile & bending in static, dynamic, fatigue. - Unconventional specific tests: tear, vibration, impact, perforation, explosion. Performed in dedicated facilities with specific instruments with adapted sensors, fast data acquisition systems, tensile static & dynamic machines, high speed actuators’, crash tower, bullet ballistic installation, compressed air gun. Industry, technical or research entities are sought for

commercial agreement with technical assistance, technical cooperation or collaborative R&D projects (possibly under EU funding such as FP 7).

Description:The German company is a specialist in modular design concepts and custom engineering ranging from pilot scale to production machinery for industrial converting companies. The capabilities range from supplying project and plant engineering to total turnkey solutions. They innovate continuously in their own R&D department. They develop and manufacture special lines such as coating and laminating lines or the combination of both, impregnating lines, lacquering lines, winders, coating heads and dryers as components for converting of all kinds of Web-like materials for processing of coating medias like dispersions, solvent-based, solvent-free, wax, hot melt and bitumen.

They offer newly developed coating and laminating technologies allowing a higher line speed, thus improving the utilisation and effectiveness of plants. In addition failures and defects are reduced. The machinery parts are constructed so that they allow high line speed. This results in increased efficiency and smooth coating layers. The technology also saves raw materials and energy.

An example is a special winding machine, designed for usage in existing plants. The costumer profits from an increased production speed in a non-stop process. The machine is sized for 80% of existing plants and has proven to be reliable.

Hiszpańskie centrum technologiczne, wraz z innymi partnerami europejskimi tj.MŚP i ośrodkami technologicznymi, opracowało pigment wykorzystujący cząstki nieorganiczne i przewodzące polimery. Ta zaawansowana technologicznie powłoka zapewnia efektywne wykorzystanie kosztownych przewodzących polimerów do ochrony przeciwkorozyjnej i naprawy uszkodzeń spowodowanych elektrycznością statyczną. Do innych możliwych zastosowań należy osłona przed zakłóceniami elektromagnetycznymi na częstotliwościach radiowych i przechowywanie energii w bateriach. Poszukuje się producentów pigmentów do umów produkcyjnych i spółek joint venture .

Description:The new pigments are the main result of a European project carried out by a Spanish technology centre along with other European research centres and SMES. Intrinsically Conductive Polymers (hereafter ICPs) are a safe, healthy and environment-friendly alternative for anticorrosion protection. However, there are two main problems for using at industrial scale: they are expensive and have poor solubility in most solvents. Poor solubility is solved by covering an inorganic pigment with a conductive polymer. The ICPs selected is polyanilene and several pigments have been characterised. All of them are able

to shift the corrosion potential to more anodic values. Moreover, the developed formula optimises the amount of ICP used to cover the inorganic particles which means cheaper pigments based on ICPs. The modified pigments, introduced in a conventional anticorrosive coating formula substituting the conventional anticorrosion agents (red lead, calcium plumbate, basic lead sulphate, tetroxychromate, etc.), have demonstrated technical competitiveness with commercial state-of-the-art anticorrosive coatings. Therefore, the new pigments are an innocuous and safe alternative to the conventionally used toxic and pollutant anticorrosive agents for the manufacture of anticorrosive coatings. Other applications are antistatic protection. ESD (Electro Static Discharge) affects manufacturing costs, product quality and reliability and is dangerous in medical care areas. EMI (Electro Magnetic Interference)/RFI (Radio Frequency Interference) shielding and energy storage in batteries can be also possible applications.

Innovations and advantages of the offer The coating formula based on inorganic particles and conductive polymers:- Optimises conductive polymer concentration.- Keeps the effectiveness using less amount of ICP.- More economical pigments based on ICPs. Although conductive polymers are expensive, optimisation of their concentration reduces costs.- Not dangerous for health and environment.

Description: A UK SME which designs, manufactures and supplies personal protective equipment to the police, prison service and private security organizations is interested in technical cooperation with materials specialists. Their aim is to develop a range of personal protective products offering superior performance and properties to conventional rigid outer/foam inner combinations through the use of intelligent impact resistant materials. Foams, gels, textiles or other types of materials will be considered.

All of them are able to shift the corrosion potential to more anodic values. Moreover, the developed formula optimises the amount of ICP used to cover the inorganic particles which means cheaper pigments based on ICPs. The modified pigments, introduced in a conventional anticorrosive coating formula substituting the conventional anticorrosion agents (red lead, calcium plumbate, basic lead sulphate, tetroxychromate, etc.), have demonstrated technical competitiveness with commercial state-of-the-art anticorrosive coatings. Therefore, the new pigments are an innocuous and safe alternative to the conventionally used toxic and pollutant anticorrosive agents for the manufacture of anticorrosive coatings. Other applications are antistatic protection. ESD (Electro Static Discharge) affects manufacturing costs, product quality and reliability and is dangerous in medical care areas. EMI (Electro Magnetic Interference)/RFI (Radio Frequency Interference) shielding and energy storage in batteries can be also possible applications.

Realizują stany surowe następujących obiektów: estakady, mosty, tunele, ściany oporowe, oczyszczalnie ścieków i zbiorniki, obiekty przemysłowe itp. Usługi są wykonywane zarówno na dostarczonym przez nas sprzęcie, jak również na szalunkach powierzonych przez Klienta.
