The Grass-Rollers hydraulic

olding system is linked

into two accumulators

and a hydraulic pressure

gauge. The gauge allows the

operator to set the amount

o weight transer dependant on ground conditions and how much water

ballast is in the roller sections. The accumulators act as an oil buer when

the rolls are travelling over uneven ground and the hydraulic rams need to

extend or shorten to allow the rolls to ollow the contours.

The Grass-Roller uses existing HE-VA

Rolls technology to solve an increasingproblem or todays grassland armer and

contractor. With arms and felds spread

over growing distances and yet needing

the same attention rom a heavy ballast

roll in the spring that they have in the

past, the HE-VA Grass-Roller combines

working widths o 6.3 or 8.2 metres and

hydraulic olding or ast, easy transport.

FOLLOWS CONTOURS FOR EFFECTIVE CONSOLIDATION

The rame incorporates HE-VAs SAT weight transer system and central

pivoting o each section to ensure the water lled sections can adapt to thecontours and consolidate the ground as eectively as a single roller.

INDEPENDENT FLOTATION AND 5 PIVOT POINTS

The two centre wing pivots, two olding pivots and the pivoting drawbar

eye allow individual sections to ollow the contours. Add to this the foating

inner links which join the wing sections to the centre rolls section allowing

all three sections to foat completely independently and you have the best

possible contour adaption.

The standard Grass-Roller provides eective consolidation or existing grassland or cultivated land

ready or seeding, add the optional levelling board and tines and you have a useul scarier andlight cultivator. For the complete solution, a seeder mounting bracket and Multi-Seeder can be

mounted onto the Grass-Roller giving you the option to reseed or overseed grassland, undersow

crops and apply other small seeds where required.

Grass-Roller the Multi-Seeder with 16 outlets and hydr. an drive has to be chosen. Two sizes

o seed hopper are available or HE-VA Multi-Seeders - 200 l and 410 l respectively.
