Dignity: The Ninth Commandment There is a lot in our culture that upholds and pro-

motes lifestyles that go against what we believe, and many things that are glorified

do not uphold the dignity of the human person. Purity is not just about the things

we do, but also the things we watch, the things we listen to, and the things we say.

Today at Edge, we will be learning more about the ninth commandment, which calls

us to purity in our hearts and in everything we do.

If you have ques#ons about the middle school youth ministry, please contact Tarcy

Hernandez at [email protected].

February 23— Alpha Youth will be mee#ng in Cogswell Hall from 3:15-4:45pm. This

March 1—Decision Point will gather in Cogswell Hall from 3:15— 4:45pm. The ses-

sion will be on The Church.

Are you looking for service hours for Church or School? Or perhaps you want to

see your friends and help out your parish during Lent. Teens are encouraged to

help out during Lent for our Knights of Columbus sponsored parish Fish Fries every

Friday during Lent beginning this week! See Nic to signup to serve!

February 26th—No Bible Study as it is Ash Wednesday. We will resume gathering

on March 4-all teens welcome—6:30-7:45 p.m. Divine Mercy Room.

In the Gospel today, we hear about how, some#mes,

people can hurt our feelings or do things we don’t

like. Today’s Shine will remind us that Jesus teaches

us to love everyone, just like He does. Even when

someone wrongs us, we must show them the love of

Christ!
