Copy Centres

In a unique partnership with AI Moayyed

Commercial Services, there are newly

equipped University Copy Centres in all

University Libraries.

The Copy Centres, provided and operated

by the AI Moayyed Commercial Services,

offer photocopying and document support to

both students and researchers.

• The Library, in partnership with AI Moayyed

Commercial Services, endeavours to

provide a cheaper service than available off

campus.

• Suggestions for development and

improvement of the Copy Centers are

welcomed . Please contact the Director of

Library & Information Services ext: 8808.

At present the services include:

Photocopying & Printing:

• Both black/white and colour copying are

available.

• The photocopiers are card-operated. The

copy cards can be purchased in the Copy

Centres.

Binding:

There are several binding machines (spiral,

thermal and Velobind). These are very useful

for people wishing to produce projects and other

reports. The costs vary from 400 fils to 550 fils

per item. Clear plastic covers are included .

Laminating:

Laminating machines are available:

A3: 700 fils

A4: 350 fils

• 10 Size: 250 fils

Sale of printing paper, USBs and Overhead

Transparencies:

Please inquire in the Copy Centre.

copying portions from books, journals or any

other publications according to copyright laws

in the Kingdom of Bahrain and for learning

and research purposes only. Therefore, it is

forbidden to photocopy whole books, journals

or any other materials. Any breach of this

will be the responsibility of the person who

makes the copies and this could lead to legal

consequences.
